Ralph Leroy’s party at “La Porte Rouge” by Lipstick
As team Leroy was anxiously getting ready for the party at "La Porte Rouge" in honor of Ralph Leroy, we were conversing about how deserving Ralph was of such a thoughtful honor. The ladies were adorned with Kofi Collection masterpieces and Ralph without fail did not disappoint. He sported the perfect contrast of steel blue shirt with a winter green blazer and olive wool pants.As we enter the room, we were greeted by the evermore sexy Patrick de Grâce, followed by Moon One television crew. (By the way, the crew followed Ralph’s every move all night long!) Everyone went nuts when Ralph was spotted. The VIP section couches covered with red velvet was reserved only for Ralph Leroy and his special guests. Patrick de Grâce set the night in motion with a round of Vodka shots. Then we danced to DJ Frigid hot mixes. Patrick, who threw the party in Ralph’s honor, opened the bar to team Leroy! We all had our glasses full with great cocktails but Ralph didn’t know what he wanted. The bartender promised to make him a drink that will knock his socks off. Boy, did he deliver! He concocted what he called the “Loverbird”. It’s a Martini with blueberry and other fruit juices that I can’t divulge. Before you know it, we were all having Loverbirds!
At one point of the night, Ralph was asked to say a few words. True to his charismatic self, he wowed the crowd in just a few simple sentences. “Are you having a good time?” He said. “Thank you everyone for coming. This was long overdue. But for those of you who are still talking about my kidnapping, well get over it! It made me the person that I am today. Now let’s have a party! And remember, that the NY’s Appollo theater makes superstars but tonight, La Porte Rouge and the Lipstick crew is hosting superstars; and we are all superstars tonight!”
We all got a tad emotional but it’s exactly what needed to be said; since outpouring support has been flooding in from sall over the globe since Ralph’s interview with Nancy Roc of Metropolis.The night continued with Ralph giving a few interviews. Team Leroy did a few interviews as well. Then we closed the night with Ralph on top of the bar giving the crowd -- his crowd -- his best rendition of Michael Jackson's famous moves.

Ralph Leroy unplugged

And this contrast is also translated in the last collection of his exclusive men's line named simply “Ralph Leroy” and in his fall collection of jewelry, “Kofi Collection”.

Achieved expert, Ralph combines the rigour of his cut and his vision of urban with a hint of modern of fahion in a happy set of colors where the turquoise and the red, the yellow and the chestnut marry in a festive ambiance. The exerted eyes have witness art in its purest form.

Kofi Collection is coming to New York

New York, the capital of fashion will be the witness of Kofi Collection premiere this Fall. The anticipation is boiling on slow burner. Excitement is increasing little by little. At last! Kofi Collection, created by Ralph Leroy, acclaimed fashion and jewelry designer, has been renowned internationally and in particular, in Montreal, Canada, its home.
For quite some time New Yorkers have been following the brilliant uprise of this astounding company. And today, finally, the Big Apple is the next destination of Kofi Collection.
This exceptional event will bring to the eyes of jewelry lovers, exclusive creations made of sumptuous rare stones and corals, in other words, a lavish melting pot of trinkets bursting out of Leroy’s workshop for the Fall 2009 season.
Ralph Leroy is the winner of international prizes in the fashion world. He started as a model and today, he is the creator of Ralph Leroy, the clothing line for men. He has been featured in various shows in Montreal. His lively personality and tremendous marketing talent have earned him recognition from important organization. Humanitarian, he has dedicated himself to serve various causes including the research for a cure for Cancer and aid to the poor.
On the occasion of Fashion Week in New York City, we are looking forward to indulge our fancy taste in the Kofi Collection expo/sale. We are expecting hundreds of guests at that event and are looking forward to an evening to remember! This affair will be the first of many.

Biographie
Martin Théberge naît en 1980 dans un petit village de Gaspésie, Saint-René, aux environs de Matane. Très jeune, il commence à chanter dans la chorale de son école primaire. Il est encouragé à pousser son talent de chanteur par Mme Claudette Paquet, professeur de chant et de musique. Adolescent, il part étudier en Ontario, où il apprend l’anglais et fait partie du groupe musical de son école. À cette époque, Martin chante déjà plusieurs succès francophones pour son plaisir.
Il poursuit ses études à Montréal, et suit en parallèle des cours auprès de Mme Lucille Dumont, surnommée la grande dame de la chanson. Les sept années qu’il passe auprès d’elle lui permettent de développer sa voix et son interprétation.
La carrière d’interprète de Martin Théberge débute alors, avec des concours comme Chanson en fête de St-Ambroise au Saguenay, Le tremplin de Dégelis et Les découvertes de la chanson de Magog. À travers ses expériences de concours, Martin commence à se produire à travers le Québec avec un groupe de cinq musiciens.
Dans son cheminement, Martin côtoie de grands artistes québécois et acquiert beaucoup d’expérience et d’assurance sur scène à leurs côtés, en réalisant la première partie de leurs spectacles.
Concerné par le bien-être des enfants, il s’implique dans de nombreuses causes humanitaires auxquelles il prête sa voix lors de spectacles bénéfice ou en tant que représentant. Parmi ces causes, celle de la jeune Elsa Chouinard, atteinte d’ostéogenèse imparfaite lui tient particulièrement à cœur. Il chante également pour les enfants accablés par la pauvreté en Jamaïque où il se rend de temps à autre.
Présentement, Martin se produit non seulement au Québec, mais aussi sur la scène étrangère. De l’Afghanistan à la Jamaïque en passant par le Salvador et les bateaux de croisière du Mexique, sa voix le mène de par le monde.
